2025-2026 Budget

Welcome to the 2025-2026 Budget engagement page.

The 2025-2026 Annual Budget and Bylaw was approved and adopted at the Board Meeting Held in Public on May 13, 2025. The budget is now implemented for this school year.

The budgeting process is guided by the district’s Strategic Plan which focuses on lifelong learning, connected learning, cultural and identity development, and career development in a caring and inclusive learning culture.

Information about the 2026-2027 budget and opportunities for public engagement will be shared with school communities, education partners and the broader communities served by SD8 in spring 2026. Watch for that information on the SD8 website and on this platform, EngageSD8.
